House of Dead Memories / Long Live Love 7" + Long Live Love T-Shirt.

Printed on a Fog Blue AS Colour 5001 T-Shirt. 100% cotton

Formed in 1992 by Bob Mould (Hüsker Dü) alongside bassist David Barbe and drummer Malcolm Travis, Sugar quickly made their mark with the acclaimed debut Copper Blue — hailed as one of the defining albums of the ’90s for its fusion of sharp melodic hooks and raw guitar power. Follow-up releases Beaster and File Under: Easy Listening cemented the band’s reputation before they disbanded in 1995.

Now, thirty years on, Sugar have reformed, announcing new live dates including three nights at New York’s Webster Hall and two at London’s O₂ Kentish Town Forum. To mark the occasion, they’ve unveiled two brand-new songs — House of Dead Memories and Long Live Love — now available for the first time on black 7” vinyl.
